A new incident reporting system called InPhase will replace our current risk management software reporting system, Datix, by November.
Online training and access to user guides are available now and all colleagues should complete at the very least the Incidents Module. It’s a one-time training package and once complete will be uploaded to colleagues’ ESR records.
Feedback so far is that the training is easy to complete and that the new system appears much easier to use.
How to access the training
- Follow the link below
- When you get to the sign in screen, if you are new to InPhase you should select ‘New to InPhase Support? Sign Up’, or sign in if you have already registered
- There are several modules on the training platform, please complete the Incidents Module and complete the accreditation test following the module.
If you want to proceed and do the other modules, please do so. The report builder session is not for all colleagues, so please do not complete this at the present time.
For any queries, please contact Head of Quality and Safety, Sharon Cundy, on Sharon.cundy@cht.nhs.uk or InPhase Project Manager, John Milne, on john.milne@cht.nhs.uk or call either staff member via MS teams.
