The annual NHS Staff Survey launches today and all colleagues, including those who work on our staff bank, will be invited to participate to share their views to inform and influence future improvements and help to improve your working experience.
This is also your opportunity to shout out about everything you are proud to have achieved during the past 12 months. We know that lots of work has been happening across the Trust and divisions to help improve engagement.
When you receive your survey please complete it – it takes around 15 minutes, and you can have the time to complete this during your working hours.
Let us know your views so we can identify the changes we need to make to improve services and the Trust as a place to work.
Responses to this survey are strictly confidential. We cannot see your completed survey or be able to identify individual responses. This short video explains how data is collected and kept strictly confidential as part of the survey process.
