Huge thanks to colleagues from both sites who have donated kindness boxes to Caren Reid and Angela Hope in the SIM which will be distributed to older and vulnerable patients this Christmas.

You can still prepare and drop-off your boxes as the duo are collecting up to and including tomorrow. (Friday 6 December.). Any boxes left at HRI will be distributed around HRI - so thank you for supporting.

• Angela and Caren are looking for boxes made up with things like: gloves, scarves, hand warmers, toiletries, nice smellies etc, as well as some wrapped goodies like chocolate, Christmas cake, baking.
• Please mark the box in case patients are diabetic/coeliac etc. and please make sure any food is wrapped securely.
• Because the boxes are for older or vulnerable people in our hospitals please don't include toys.
