Wendy Drake's Key Lime Cheesecake claimed top prize at this year's ISS annual Bake Off Competition.

Wendy, a Healthcare Cleaner on 1D, beat off strong competition in the event which raised £1,015 to be shared between LDRP to refurbish their Bereavement Room and funds for the ISS Annual Children’s Christmas Party.

The competition was judged by Head Judge Kenn Benson, ISS, Val Rigg from the Trust, Eleanor Berridge from Calderdale SPC, Wayne Dean from Engie and Alison Place, Head Chef ISS and last year’s Bake Off champion. 

Sheryl Smorthit who is a Catering Assistant for ISS organised the event as well as a raffle and tombola.
