Baby pink socks for the groom, flip flops for the bride and  smiles all round on a smasher of a day at our wedding of the year!

Colleagues from estates in CHFT joined friends and family on the day our Jason Bushby married our Claire Muffitt at Durker Roods Hotel, Meltham.

The couple met at HRI a few years ago when Claire worked in the general ofice and ex-army man Jason joined estates. In the speeches there was reference to just how often he happened to "pop" into general office when she was working and how she later wooed him with a picnic at Chatwsorth House.

The couple are now on honeymoon in Northumberland but before they went agreed for Comms to share some of the on-the-day photos of the happy event with CHFT Weekly readers.

Highlights of the day included:

• tears all round (yes Jason too and his best man and son Joel) upon Claire's arrival into the wedding room
• Interserve's Andrew Jackson making a "drop" in true Northen Soul style on the dance floor - then being unable to get back up again.
• Jason flashing his ankle to reveal special socks embroidered with "groom" in baby pink
• Before the dancing Claire changed into bridal flip flops saying " Just Married"
• Three of the cutest round-eyed pageboys in waistcoats and escalating order of height - one fell asleep across three chairs as the night wore on
• They left in a Jeep emblazoned with Just Wed in shaving foam and confetti
