The family's mum and dad were receiving care on the ward and what struck them was just how well they intropduced themselves at all times.
The tweet said: "Both parents admitted Ward 6 Short Stay at HRI last week. Every single, staff member met us with #hello my name is #celebratekate @CHFTHS."
It got seven retweets and 22 likes. The sender was an NHS dietitian based in Epson, Surrey - which makes it even better.
Ward manager Jo Banks, said: " Everybody has taken it on board as it is all about putting the patient first, isn't it?. At every shift change and in the morning we always use it. It doesn't have to be strictly "Hello My Name Is..." I say " Hello, I'm Jo and I'm here to look after you..." and there is immediate connection straight away. For the team, it is also lovely to get feedback like this from a patient's family."
The campaign was the idea of Dr Kate Granger, Huddersfield-born doctor...
