• The Refurbishment of Huddersfield Royal Infirmary's main theatres-Working in partnership to refurbish the main theatres at HRI, delivering significant improvements to the condition of the estate and the environment for staff and patients and making the delivery of theatre services safer and more efficient.

• Maintenance and Operations: Keeping the Base Safe-Focussing on compliance and health and safety, creating a comfortable, pleasing environment for patients and staff despite unprecedented service pressures, and placing HRI in the top 5 organisations in this part of the country for compliance.
