He begins every shift as if it was his first and then goes on his mission, to support the patient… Kevin epitomises the Trust’s values - he is at times the Samson holding the pillars together within Facilities."

Jane Redshaw- Patient Advice and Complaints Coordinator "Jane always has a warm, friendly and cheerful attitude to everyone she comes in contact with and helps elevate the morale of the team…And despite being busy Jane has never once complained when asked to do anything extra. When Jane is off the department struggles without her, and her presence is missed."

Rachael Fox-Chief Pharmacy Technician – Pharmacy Systems Manager "Rachael has always put the patient first ensuring that critical medicines are always available for patient care. Thousands of patients have benefitted from her work but she is invisible to them…On a day by day and minute by minute basis she goes that extra mile for the delivery of our goals and putting the patient first."
