Hot off the press this morning...we've heard that almost 2000 colleagues have had their flu vaccinations in the first 10 days of our flu campaign - amazing when last year it took us three months to vaccinate 3120 in total!!!  

Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Christine Bouckley told CHFT Weekly: "I'm absolutely staggered at the way colleagues have embraced the winter flu campaign this year.

"The whole Occupational Health team have told me how proud they are to work in an organisation where we all pull together and it really is down to everyone pulling together. It's a huge team effort including our 150 peer immunisers, Infection Control colleagues, Occupational Health (our keyboards have almost burned out this week!) - and of course our flu fighter colleagues having their vaccinations".

We've had some brilliant photos sent to us of colleagues having a bit of fun whilst having their flu vaccinations - and they were just too good not to share.... See the attached pdf (see bottom of this article below the tables) - and we've also saved them as a power point on our flu pages.

We've been posting them on Twitter and Facebook too....so if you're planning on having your vaccination why not have an amusing pic taken and we'll share the best ones? We might even offer a prize!

And what a great first 10 days we've had  - we've literally heard this morning (Thursday) that we're a stone's throw away from 2000 colleagues being vaccinated.
