Sister Jenna McLoughland and our Director of Nursing Brendan Brown are the "double act" fronting  our new CHFT nursing recruitment  video.

The idea is show how our teams work closely together on our wards and departments to provide the best compassionate care for our patients and their families. And, also, the social side of being a team member at CHFT.

It features lighthearted banter and many shots of our colleagues hard at work.  We hope it presents an appealing view of the work at the Trust and it will be central to our current recruitment campaign aimed at filling our nursing vacancies across the Trust.

Brendan, said: "Film day was an experience! It was short notice but we did our best to capture feedback we’ve had from our teams on what it feels like to work here.  All Trusts are struggling to recruit and we thought a video showing us at work and talking about CHFT would help recruit to nursing and midwifery vacancies as we have great teams here, and we wanted to showcase what they do."
