Our organ donation team team was in charge of a massive stand-up version of the family game of "Operation" at the Syngenta Family Open Day on Sunday.

The idea is to transplant organs out of the body and onto a board with a pair of tongs against the clock. The stand was very busy and more than 80 people signed up to join the donor register - including a Stormtrooper pictured here chatting with our chair Andrew Haigh!

Tim Jackson, our clinical lead for organ donation, pictured, said: " Brilliant sunshine and lots of real interest in saving and improving lives. We're grateful to Syngenta for inviting us and we enjoyed meeting their guests and promoting awareness."
