We're asking colleagues to start logging all the fantastic compliments that come their way on Datix to make sure we can focus on what's going well at CHFT.

Patient Advice and Complaints Manager, Gerard Curran (pictured) told CHFT Weekly “In Patient Advice and Complaints we often focus on complaints and what has gone wrong; however it is just as important to look at what we are doing right.

"A compliment is not just positive feedback on a job well done, when analysed it can help identify the Trust’s strengths, and reinforces good practices.

“I'm keen to start reporting on what we do well, which means we have a chance to acknowledge all the great work that colleagues put into their roles every day through our reporting. In order for me to do this I need CHFT colleagues to start logging their compliments.”

A handy guide to logging compliments is attached below.
