Wowsers! Colleagues really pulled out the stops as the deadline for Celebrating Success entries closed last weekend, with 107 entries submitted in total. Now the hard work begins to shortlist them.

Here's a quick reminder of the next steps:

• For the rest of this month our shortlisting team will be marking the entries, which will be anonymised, on our electronic scoring system
• After that the top three entries for each category will be invited to a marketplace event on Friday 23 September to talk to the judging panels in more depth about their entry.

Associate Director of Engagement & Inclusion, Ruth Mason (pictured) said: "It's really tremendous that in the current climate, with all the challenges we're facing as a Trust we've had so many entries.

"It shows the passion colleagues have for the work they're doing to provide compassionate care for our patients - and that they want to share that with others too. I'm genuinely blown away and look forward to seeing the outcomes of shortlisting".
