John Ennis recently completed his 6th visit to the island of Ukerwere Lake Victoria Tanzania, with his makeover mates to continue life changing improvements to local schools and hospital.
Despite losing his suitcase for the first 4 days of the trip, he went onto visit 30 odd schools where he had previously helped install water filters, the aim was to check and recharge the filters and make sure they are working ok.
He also took 20 bucket filters which can produce 100.000 gallons of clean drinking water each, these were distributed to families with small children so they can benefit from safe clean drinking water.
John told us: "My time in Tanzania and meeting the family was a very humbling experience."
John has sponsored both George and Pascal through schooling, and is pictured with the family after being presented with a goat after receiving the blessing of the tribal leader.
