Colleagues from inpatients and community joined local authorities and Locala to hear informal updates and feedback from staff involved in the Safer Patient Flow Programme at a recent workshop.
The subjects covered ranged from a new way of delivering rehabilitation and a models of treating people at home without the need to admit them to a hospital bed. After each presentation there was the opportunity to discuss the impact of each piece of work and the benefits.
