Our infection control team were among the 1,700 Colour Runners for Overgate Hospice.
They were running in memory of colleague Mark Ronan who sadly passed away this year and they raised around £250.
Sandra Mogford's hair still had a pink twinge on Monday and Jean Robinson needed multi-efforts to wash the colour out but all agree it was great fun.
They ran as a team with Gavin Boyd and Anu Rajopal being the strongest individuals. Jean added: " We tried to run together as much as possible. We knew Gav was a runner but Anu obviously was too!. There was a great spirit and we all completed the 5k. We did it to remember Mark so there's not a better reason."
