More than 500 colleagues have already completed our survey on improving communications at CHFT sent out this Monday. Clearly this is a subject close to many hearts, so please encourage as many people as possible to take part - the deadline is midnight next Wednesday 20 July.

We'll also be out and about gathering views on paper before the deadline so colleagues without regular access to a computer can give their views. 

The survey is completely anonymous, so please be honest. Colleague feedback is crucial to us working together to improve communication across our Trust
