Long-serving Anne Robinson was the toast of the night at our Long Service Awards at CRH yesterday evening. 

Anne,a former health visitor and latterly working in sexual health at Broad Street, collected a gold certificate in recognition of her amazing 52 years in the NHS. She was among 25 colleagues including four each from paediatrics and cardiology, to receive their gift vouchers at a celebration champagne buffet. The event was hosted by chairman Andrew Haigh and CEO Owen Williams. See Owen's thankyou speech here.

Anne retired at Christmas and is now looking forward to a big holiday in Australia with her daughter Sarah, who accompanied on the night. She said: "I shall miss all my patients and my colleagues."
