We have entered the final three weeks for the consultation on changes to how healthcare could be delivered by our hospitals and in community in the future.

The 14-week Have Your Say consultation was launched in March. To make it easy to be part of it there's an easy click to the online survey where you can record your comments.

After the survey closes, the two CCGs, who launched the consultation will collect together the responses and provide a report for the Overview and Scrutiny Committees. They will analyse the report, give their feedback to the CCGs and a final decision will be made by them in October.

The decision will shape local healthcare provision for the next 20 years. So if you work here and live locally, it is a very important one. Your local knowledge is very important. So please Have Your say here (click)

And for those of you who use Facebook and Twitter there are dedicated pages set up to also share your views: Twitter and Facebook.

And tonight (Thursday 2 June) there will be a live Twitter chat about the proposed changes to hospital and community services with Drs Alan Brooks and Steve Ollerton between 8pm and 9pm. Why not get involved and ask your question live?
