After the recent launch of our new website, comms are keen to ensure all information is as up-to-date as it can be.

All consultant profiles have been uploaded to the website here, though many are still empty of details apart from their names.

If your profile is empty (or for some reason you don't have one) then we ask that you please fill in the attached document and send it back to Heidi.hawkins@cht.nhs.uk (along with a picture if you have one) who will upload it for you.

Other trusts also use consultant profiles o their web pages, so we urge you to take the time to help us update it.
