Dear Colleague,

The Wellbeing service would like to undertake an audit of the health of our organisation and are sending out a survey to colleagues to get a “baseline “ of how this organisation is in terms of its health! We need more than 100 completed questionnaires by the end of next Wednesday to qualify for our organisational report.

This report is completely anonymous and we will not know who has completed the survey at all. All the responses go directly to the healthiest workplace team supported by Leicester University. The report is important to us as it will enable us to focus our wellbeing activities to areas of need and is part of our wellbeing strategy.

So please could you;

Do the questionnaire yourself  - it should take around 15-20 minutes (Deadline May 25th)

Please access the survey on the link below – you need to click the box on the front page to confirm the T&Cs; enter your email ( so the researchers can send you a personal link to your questionnaire and result) and off you go!

People who complete the questionnaire will get a printable personal health report with some personal recommendations, and be entered into a prize draw run by the researchers (Britain’s healthiest workplace).
