It is everyone's responsibility to look after all equipment used for patient care

Why we have to look after equipment:-

If a dynamic air mattress or bed is not performing correctly. It could put patients at risk.

All equipment must be in good working order or taken out of service.

This is when your medical device training will help – as you will be aware of what to do.
