The results from this year's nationwide NHS Staff Survey 2015 have been published. Our Board will be viewing them this afternoon and they will be available on our intranet from Friday morning.

 

Around 800 of you were invited to give your feedback. The idea of the survey - held nationally every year - is for staff in the NHS to give their rating to help Trusts find out their strengths and weaknesses both as a care provider and as an employer.

 

As a result of last year's we introduced the Star Award colleagues' recognition scheme and  the Big Brief monthly information sessions and will be working on this year's findings in the months ahead.
