Fancy taking part in a ‘Mindfulness for well-being’ taster course, and have you thought about your resolutions yet? December's Wellbeing bulletin helps colleagues tackle both as well as giving lots of handy tips on having a stress free family Christmas.

 

The course is free and takes 90 minutes per week. You'll learn simple techniques that you can use at home and at work to improve your sense of well-being.  And were proud that we've put our Work Together Get Results approach in action as this is a joint Workforce Wellbeing and Chaplaincy programme.
