With 55% of paediatric medics now vaccinated against the seasonal flu, the call is out to other doctors and frontline healthcare professionals to get on board and have their vaccination as soon as possible.
The Trust has been running ‘flu vaccinations for some years now – so colleagues will be used to seeing and hearing information about why it’s important that we all do our bit to protect us, our families and our patients.
But don’t take CHFT Weekly’s word for it - Consultant Microbiologist and CHFT’s Infection Control Doctor Gavin Boyd explains in a short video why he’d like everyone to get on board to stay safe this winter.
