We are now looking forward to presenting the first CHFT Star Award. It's very exciting.

Thanks to everyone who sent in a nomination. There was a terrific response and it's a shame there's only one award. The judging panel is now assessing them and the winner will be announced mid-December.

So nominations are now open for the next award. We have increased the word count to 250 words. This will enable you to say all the nice things about your nominee ( and that can be an individual or a team)  but also, and this is crucial, give some specific examples of where they went above and beyond.

So please get nominating for the next award. The deadline is - as ever - the last day of the month.
