We are carrying out training on new equipment and, at the moment, not enough staff have signed on for training.

The new hybrid mattress (atmosair) and new bed will improve patient harm and also reduce cost of hiring equipment, so will save the Trust a lot on money.

The atmosair mattress implementation is on 14th & 15th March at CRH and we should have minimum of 70% of all ward staff trained before we proceed.

The bed implementation is on 28th March and we will be receiving 68 beds, so any wards that get to 70% of staff trained will probably get some.
