Extra copies of the Getting Prepared for CQC inspection handbook will be arriving next week.

We'll distribute spares across all wards, departments and community sites, as well as making them available to our partners, ISS, Compass, Cofley and OCS. New colleagues joining us before the inspection will also receive a copy.

If you or a colleague didn't receive a handbook with your payslip please email CQC.Inspection@cht.nhs.uk (you'll find the email address in Outlook too) for a copy.

Additional Preparing for CQC Induction roadshows will be held over the coming months and will be open to all colleagues. Director of Nursing Julie Dawes is holding her next session at CRH in the Large Training Room at 4.30pm on Thursday 12 November. More information will be added to the CQC pages over the coming weeks.
