They were plastered in pink in the fracture clinic at HRI last week.

 

Boas and wigs were in place (in the non-clinical areas) and together our colleagues in orthopaedic outpatients made £120 for Breast Cancer Care charity. The idea was staff nurse Steph Leid as, like many, she knows people who have had a diagnosis.

 

Colleague Jane Cash, said: "We work in a fracture clinic and it really brought a lighter atmosphere to the clinic for us all. What was really good was everyone joined in and the patients enjoyed it too. Dr Dimri's wig was spectacular."
