Next month we enter a very, important  stage in developing our  Five Year Plan.

The Five Year Plan has to be in place by the end of the year and is aimed at  improving safety, service quality, experience and outcomes for our patients and the delivery of high quality care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our senior clinicians and CCG partners have already been working on this and now it's your turn to hear their proposals and share your own thoughts.

So don't miss out. It’s a real opportunity for you to share your view on things so come along and share them!

The drop-ins are:

  • 8am – 9am, Tuesday 17 November 2015, HRI, Lecture Theatre
  • 6pm – 7pm, Wednesday 18 November 2015, CRH, Lecture Theatre
  • 6pm – 7pm, Wednesday 25 November 2015, HRI, Lecture Theatre
  • 8am – 9am, Thursday 26 November 2015, CRH, Lecture Theatre

At these, we will be looking at : which options would make the best use of our estate; what  levels of patient activity we expect to see over the next five years and how this will impact on the number of beds; how  service changes will impact on travel for patients, staff and ambulance response times. This is a real opportunity to improve our service for patients going forward and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on the future of our Trust.

Further information on the above sessions will be circulated nearer the time and additional drop-in sessions arranged in December to communicate our findings around future sustainability.
