When addressing internal mail to doctors at our hospitals, please make it easier for the post room to get it to the right place quickly by including a department.

Porter Keith Parker Kaye (pictured), based at CRH told us: "It's really time consuming when the department isn't listed, and it becomes even more tricky when we have a new intake of doctors. We have to send it on the the general office who then send it back to us with the right department, so important mail could be delayed."
