The Trusts 'Finance Our Future' training programme has been recognised as good practice by the Finance Skills Development (FSD) Network.

 

The FSD Network operates across all NHS organisations in England, and strives to provide infastructures for improving leadership and professional development skills amongst other things.

 

The Network, whose activities include Professional education and development, deemed our programme as good practice.

 

Assistant Director of Finance, Stuart Baron, is today (Thursday 22 October) presenting a workshop in Hull to attendees sharing amongst other things how the timing of training was planned, the key activities that needed to happen, the engagement with budget holders and the learnings.
