Workforce and Organisational Development – Drop in Sessions

Are you a line manager or have responsibility for completing HR related documentation e.g. vacancy control forms, change forms, termination forms and claims forms? 

If so, the Workforce and Organisational Development Team are hosting a number of drop in sessions which you are invited to attend.  The sessions are intended to be informative and provide you with help and guidance on a number of HR processes.  They will outline key responsibilities for all in ensuring that essential documentation is completed in a timely manner in order to improve the efficiency of recruiting new starters and ensuring that changes and termination are actioned within the specified timescales. 

The sessions will be facilitated by Payroll, Resourcing and HR colleagues and will be held on:-

20 October 2015 – 9 a.m., 9.45 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11.15 a.m., 12 noon – Medium Training Room, Calderdale Royal Hospital

19 November 2015 – 1 p.m., 1.45 p.m., 2.30 p.m., 3.15 p.m. – Lecture Theatre, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

20 November 2015 – 9 a.m., 9.45 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11.15 a.m., 12 noon – Discussion Room 2, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

24 November 2015 – 9 a.m., 9.45 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11.15 a.m., 12 noon – Medium Training Room, Calderdale Royal Hospital
