Hi Colleagues,

As you would hopefully know, I think it’s very important that we are constantly trying to improve the way that dialogue and communications takes place across Trust. Examples of how we try to this include CHFT Weekly and the Big Briefs which are two new channels of communication developed this year. To extend this further, and based on my experiences of when I meet colleagues around the Trust, we are opening up a hot-line direct from you to me called “Ask Owen!”

Those of you who know me well will know that I put a real premium on trying to understand through regular face to face conversations what working in Trust is like for you or trying to answer any questions about where the Trust is going. As a part of building on those face to face conversations which will always continue, I’d to offer you the opportunity of a “quick click” way of putting any question you might have to me.

I can assure you I will answer every one as soon as I can and nothing will be off limits as far as I’m concerned. I know this is a time of great change for us all so if I can share information, offer advice and my support then  please feel free to send me your question.
