We know that we will be inspected by the CQC next year, either in February or March - but how well prepared are you and your team?

The CQC will want to see that we're providing high quality care for patients and they will hold a mirror that reflects what all of us do.

Most divisions have 90 day action plans and we are self-assessing ourselves monthly to see how we would rate our own services.

This will be an opportunity for you to highlight the good work you do!

The inspectors will also want people to tell them what works well in their department/service, what could be better and what you are doing about it.
