SCBU colleagues are celebrating a magnificent treble.

Paula Wood, Kim Jaskolski and Linda Hall have all just gained their NVQ Level 3 and join the vital Family Support Assistant team on our neo-natal uni at CRH.

The qualification means they have enhanced skills and knowledge of parentcraft and resuscitation techniques and support babies when they are on the move between low and high dependency units.

Their ward manager Wendy Kilner, said: "Their role is vital on this unit. We could not function without them."

Paula is also our Milk Bank coordinator specialising in the storage and distribution of breast milk to support new mums and babies.
