CHFT - as part of the Kirklees Dementia Action Alliance - has been selected as a finalist for the National Dementia Friends Awards 2015, in the category of: Best Dementia Friendly Community Initiative. 

The KDAA have been selected as a finalist from over 300 applications.

Whether we win or not this is a great opportunity to reflect on all of the hard work and achievements of the Alliance to date and our members, supporters and partners in helping to make Kirklees a Dementia Friendly community.
