In response to colleagues' feedback, CHFT Weekly will now be carrying a monthly update in the form of a Big Brief e-slides presentation.
It will be a summary of our latest key performances including the latest financial position and will also be available on the intranet.
You may remember we used to hold Big Brief face-to-face events once a month - hosted by directors - but due to falling attendances we have developed these slides to be available for everyone to access if they wish.
The aim is to share this performance news once a month - in and amongst our usual mix of work-related information and colleagues' success stories - so all colleagues are aware of the background and context we are working in.
Executive Director for Workforce and Organisational Development, Suzanne Dunkley, said: “It’s great to see we’re refreshing the Big Brief slides and sharing them with colleagues through CHFT Weekly.
"This is in direct response to feedback that colleagues gave in the staff survey. I hope colleagues find them useful, and they can also share them with their teams to keep them updated on our performance.”
