Dear Colleagues.

If you rely on our Shuttle Bus service for work you will have noticed we currently have two buses instead of one per journey and we are aware this is causing some issues for some users. 

I am writing to offer our apologies and to reassure you we are working hard to get the old service back up and running soon. 

This temporary service – two buses instead of one – is purely a stop-gap measure as we wait for our licensing arrangements to be updated and our normal service will be resumed as soon as these arrangements are in place.   

In the meantime, we are very sorry for the situation and thank everyone for their patience at the current time…... with special thanks to our drivers for keeping the service running with a smile and helping their colleagues during this time.
