Tots as young as four took part in a Kickathon organsied by Head Taekwondo Instructor and our security guard Sal Miah.
In all more than 10,000 kicks thudded into hand-pillows in an hour - the kicks were counted by people in the room using a clicker - raising more than £1,000 for Kirkwood Hospice. Some of the youngsters parents' work at CHFT and Sal wanted to share his thanks.
