Your Electronic Staff Record (ESR) account becomes inactive if you do not log on for six months or more. We've extended the timeframe from 90 days to make sure colleagues have the opportunity to complete their mandatory training.

This means you'll need to contact The Health Informatics Service (THIS) to re-activate your account.

Staggering your mandatory training across a number of months will mean this is less likely to happen, as well as reduce the amount of training you'll have to do at once when you do.
