Mindfulness Taster sessions

A one-off 2 hour session ideal for anyone who is curious about, or new to, mindfulness and wants to learn a bit more or give it a go before committing to a four-week course. Book your places by emailing jill.palmer@cht.nhs.uk or by texting/calling Tel: 0778 729 4262

Mindfulness for well-being

NEW: Mindful menopause sessions

Two hour sessions that you can attend as often as you need in which we share mindfulness tools and techniques to help you through this life stage.

  • HRI:        Wednesday 11 March, 10am-12pm, in the Learning & Development Centre
  • CRH:      Sessions are in October and November
