Huge thanks to the 200+ colleagues who completed the recent CHS Ltd Customer Service survey to mark their first anniversary.

There were a wide range of responses covering many areas  such as patients' menus times and car parking and permits and the feedback was used to draw up actions to help us change and improve in some areas.

Our Apprentice Information and Governance Officer, Meg Rank, co-ordinated the survey.

She explained that the attached poster has been created to pinpoint the main themes from each department , and the responses from their managers. "It's important we do what we can to ensure that the services we provide remain of a high standard, and CHS would like to thank everyone who took part in the survey and we truly appreciate all the feedback given".
