Colleagues are being invited to take part in a voluntary online research study.

The 5 minute survey is being carried out to get a better understanding of staff views towards mandatory sexuality monitoring information gathering in the NHS to inform good practice.

We are not collecting any personal or identifiable information. The only questions that relate to you will be about your professional role, your sexuality and the trust you work for, however there will be a ‘prefer not to say’ option.
