Ward clerk Tracey Porter screamed out at work on HRI's Ward 3 when Comms' Sana Mohiuddin made the call everyone wants in November.

It's the month the Staff Lottery shells out it's annual whopperoony jackpot of £5k - just in time for Christmas.

And also just at the right time for Tracey's family as her daughter is due to head off to France next month for work experience and unfortunately her husband has been poorly too.

She said: "You're joking me!"

She added: "I would never have thought I would win.. This couldn't have come at a better time for me. I'm shaking."

Sana did ask if she was sitting down before sharing the fab news and initially she thought bad news was on the way. She posed for her photo and agreed to keep the secret until now.

Tracey started working for the Trust in 1998 as an Auxiliary on Vascular. She then moved onto stroke rehabilitation until a back injury meant a change of job to Ward Clerk and ended back on her original Ward!
