Our catering team - see attached team photo - has been praised in the Examiner for making a patient's stay extra special... and tasty!

The patient had a very rare condition which limits how much fat she can eat so Adrian Brown and the team set about working out exactly how much fat was in each menu choice so she always had a selection - and not just baked potatoes.
