The Occupational Health service is undergoing a significant change by moving their IT to a new provider. The main impact will take place next week 16th September, when the team will be unable to answer phone calls. You may need to leave a message or email them.

Existing health records are being transferred to the new system over a period of three weeks. During this time the team will have limited access to Occupational Health records and immunisation history details, plus the diary and booking systems.

If possible, please avoid non-essential contact during this first week. If you need to contact the team as a matter of urgency the best thing would be to email them on Occupational.HealthCHT@cht.nhs.uk

From Monday 23rd September to 4th October – there will be re-establishing of the service which will be slower than usual. Please be patient in awaiting a response during this period.

Requests for immunisation records cannot be processed until w/c 7th October.
