Thanks to a charitable funds subsidy, the cost of our choir sessions is now only £2 a time.

We've also changed the venue and time too so more colleagues can attend!

The choir will now meet on Wednesdays at HRI from 11th September (6-7.30 pm)

You don't need any singing experience and the types of music covered is varied.

Our professional music director Kate Peters (pictured top left with some members of the staff choir) is a talented professional musician, a performance and recording artist, and so far we have had a lot of fun singing a variety of songs! Check her out....https://www.kate-peters.com.  If you do have experience of singing in a choir or you play an instrument it will be helpful for Kate to know to help her plan our repetoire.

Please let our Chaplain, Susan Naughton know as soon as possible if you would like to come, as ideally we need 20 people to keep the choir going. This means friends and colleagues will be welcome too. Due to Kate's background and experience we're asking for a total payment of £12 to cover some of her costs.

Start date: Wednesday 11th September (and then each Weds after for six weeks)

Time: 6pm-7.30pm

Venue: The Hope Centre (Chapel), Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

Cost £12 for 6 sessions: To book your place we have to ask for payment in advance to cover all 6 sessions  - this is non-refundable. This is because we have to pay Kate's fees in advance.

Payment: Please pay by cheque or cash at the chaplaincy office at CRH or HRI as soon as possible but by Friday 30th August 2019.

Ongoing Plan: The choir will run in blocks of 6 sessions, followed by a break of 1-2 weeks (to be confirmed). Then a further 6 weeks, followed by a break and so on.
