Arising from the feedback from our last Staff Survey we are holding sessions for our HCAs.

Our Deputy Director of Nursing, Lindsay  Rudge, who started her career here at CHFT,  will be hosting the session.  She said: “It is very important to us to know how our all our teams are feeling and to encourage  and support them to let us know. HCAs are such an important part of our teams delivering care across our services and I look forward to having some focussed time to have a discussion with them at these sessions as a starting point  - together is the only way forward.”

We want to know what can be improved and how CHFT can be a better place to work for our HCAs.

The first was held yesterday and if you missed it then there's still the chance to attend another in the coming weeks.
