This is a beach on the Costa Brava.. and that's where clinical buyer Tom Atkinson will be heading with extra Euros after scooping this month's Staff Lottery.

He scooped the £1k top prize having been in it for more than three years without winning any thing.

Staff pay £2 a month to enter with all the monies going to providing extras for the Trust and Tom was sitting close by when it was drawn this month and he was amazed. "I couldn't believe it."

In August, he's heading off to the Costa Brava in Spain, on a family holiday and reckons his win is "perfect timing".

He added: " Everyone's been telling me they've been in it for years and years and never won a thing so I appreciate how lucky I am. It's only £2 a month so don't miss it and it all goes to good causes."
